It has been an excellent term of French at Squirrels, one in which all of the boys have used their learning power and enthusiasm to full effect.

They are all now able to greet each other in French and their pronunciation is improving all the time with a focus on French phonics.

It has been lovely to hear so many boys greeting me in French as they walk around the school. I hope that they try their new skills at home and that you are enjoying their new knowledge!

We have also purchased a number of French books for our library and we will encourage the children to have a browse and borrow them in the Summer term. Check out our photo below to see “a lesson in action”!
